Our home was total electric when we moved in with two old low SER heat pumps, one for the first floor and another one for the second. Neither had been maintained for years other than some patch jobs just to keep them running. Frank from Leesburg Heating and Air cleaned and adjusted both units for us and found several problems lurking that was keeping the airconditioning from functioning at it's best. He also helped me wire in the float switch for the condensate drain pump I installed. )That's another story in itself. Since the existing drain line ran uphill the drain water was backing up and flooding the basement)
In February 2005 the downstairs heat pump failed. Frank was able to get it running but we decided to change it our for a new Propane fired furnace.
