	We've had a good bit of trouble with both the upstairs and downstairs heat pumps due to both age and lack of maintenance. Frank has been GREAT in keeping them running! The downstairs unit didn't make it through the winter and Frank installed a Trane propane heating unit to replace it

	When we changed the kitchen layout we needed additional maple flooring for the breakfast area and hall we weren't able to locate anywhere. Loudoun Floors was able to exactly match both the grain and design and custom milled a handful of floor boards for us. They've also laid vinyl for us in our kitchen and mud room.

	We originally hired another contractor to help with the kitchen and walls. We had to fire them after just 2 days because of bad workmanship and their refusal to not only make corrections but to even admit to the mistakes in the first place. It took Mike's crew over a week just to undo the damage done by the first crew and to get things back to where they should have been.

	When we bought the place we weren't informed that the well was almost dry, less than a quart an hour flow. We ran out of water the first weekend in August when we had some extra company that added a few more toilet flushes than normal. Sean responded on a Sunday and evualated the situation. Sean immediately installed a 600 gallon holding tank system and a few weeks later hydrofraced the well, bringing it's flow up to 6 gallons a minute.
